Plutonium Releases "Decade Of Indifference"
Plutonium has released four new songs online, which can be heard below, and the band also comments:
"This year it´s 10 year since Plutonium started. It all began in 2003 and time really flies, doesn´t it?
"Some of you already know that I decided to re-master and re-release the first Plutonium demo digitally. It is still out there for you to listen to. But....I thought that wasn´t really enough. More than 2 years have passed since 'Devilmentertainment non-stop' was released and I have a lot of songs written for a coming full-length release already. I began writing songs for that one in 2010.
"However, after a while I felt one of these songs didn't really fit in the context of a new full-length. So I came up with the idea to create some new songs, just try out some stuff in a very spontaneous way... and all of a sudden I had a couple of songs which didn't really fit in anywhere. Also, time went by and I realized I had been doing Plutonium for 10 years. So I thought, why not release them as an anniversary thing?
"So now you can listen to 4 new Plutonium songs, exclusively released on our bandcamp page. Anyone can listen to them by streaming the tracks, but if you want to buy them, the whole package will be sold very cheap!" More...

Far West Battlefront Splits With Vocalist
Far West Battlefront has posted the following message online about parting ways with the band's vocalist and seeking a replacement:
"After having two members quit the band this year the rest of us are faced with one of the toughest decisions of our lives: retire the band, or push on wounded and fight the good fight. To sink or swim.
"When Adam told us he wanted out back in July, the rest of us were shell-shocked. But, after a few schnitzels and much deliberation we have decided to push forward with the band and search for a new singer. Our love for this is too much to let it all go, and we'd have nothing else better to do each afternoon after work anyway... except maybe burn game!
"We wish Adam the best of luck with life, and thank him for being a phenomenal singer and contributor to this band. His commitment and work ethic as pushed this band to where it is today and we love him like a brother. Death bro's 'til the end!
"So, we need a new vocalist. We have decided to release a brand new track called 'To Sink Or Swim' with no vocals. We want all vocalists who love making music to record their own lyrics over the top and post on YouTube or email to vox@tosinkorswim.com. We will then choose our favourite vocalist and they will become the new frontman of Far West Battlefront.
"To Sink Or Swim is the start of a new era and this is your chance to play and tour in a national act. The song is available for download at this location Get to work!" More...

Sunday Old School: Brides of Destruction
During 2002, the rock and roll landscape was bleak for eighties veterans. Given this, it makes perfect sense that if Nikki Sixx (Motley Crue) and Tracii Guns (L.A. Guns) decided to put together a band the name should be Cockstar, the original name for their super group later renamed Brides of Destruction. More...
