Rob Zombie Working On New Movie
Following previous film "The Lords of Salem," Rob Zombie has announced he is currently working on a new movie. In an interview with 3News, Zombie revealed there's another flick in the works, stating:
I was working on this thing called Broad Street Bullies, which was a hockey film, but that got put on the backburner because something else popped up.
I think it’s something fans of the other stuff will like. Probably fans of The Devil’s Rejects will enjoy the most. It’s not connected to that film but it’s more on that headspace.
He also goes on to discuss his previous films, adding:
The first film [House of 1000 Corpses], which people seems to love, is just a calamitous mess. Well, when it came out it seemed like everyone hated it. Now everyone acts like it's beloved in some way. All I see is flaw, upon flaw, upon flaw… upon flaw.

Resurrection Parts Ways With Bassist
Long-running Floridian death metal outfit and recent Old School Metal Records signees, Resurrection have announced the departure of bassist/vocalist Damien Chavez. The announcement comes less than a month before the band's "March of Death" European Tour. Resurrection has recruited Jeff Surmell of Solace Of Requiem to fill in for the tour. The band had the following to say regarding the split with Chavez:
"Resurrection vocalist/bassist Damian Chavez is no longer with the band. Many reasons went into the decision to part ways, but all that needs to be said is that Damien is on a different level musically as well as personally, than the rest of the band. Our priorities just no longer aligned. Without going into excessive and unnecessary detail, and as hard as it is this close to the European tour, the band had to make the tough decision to cut our losses and move on.
Jeff Sumrell, front-man for the technical death metal band Solace Of Requiem will be handling the vocal and bass duties during the upcoming "March Of Death" European tour. Jeff toured with the band in 2010 during the "Resurrected In Europe" Tour and kicked-ass every night of the tour. Jeff's vocal style and power dramatically add to the brutality of our live performance and we're excited about what the future might hold with Jeff and Resurrection. We would like to thank our fans for the continued support."
Resurrection has made its newest song, "Rain of Ashes," available for streaming. The song comes off the band's upcoming "Soul Descent - March of Death." Due out in March, the album will be released in conjunction with the "March of Death" European Tour. The tour kicks off on March 14th in Germany and will take the band through Germany, Belgium, Holland, Czech Republic and Poland. Stream the song below. More...

T'Servrancx was responsible for the recording and mixing of TLF's debut EP "Hand of Glory" as well.
The new line-up, which consists of Simon Herbaut and Arnaud Silvert on guitars, Sebastien Tarridec on bass and Olive T'Servrancx and Nicolas Tarridec on drums, will make its live debut on April 2nd at El Diablo in Lille, France, opening for Greece's Lucky Funeral.
