Metallica Announces Hit The Stage Contest

This summer, Metallica's WorldWired tour hits stadiums across North America. The band has invited along special guests Avenged Sevenfold and openers Volbeat and Gojira.

However, as some fans have noticed, there are a handful of cities (five to be exact!) where only one band from the bill is able to join. This time around, the group receiving the most fan votes will hit the stage first on a five-city tour. The mini tour includes these five dates:

June 14 - San Antonio, TX - Alamodome (also with Avenged Sevenfold)
June 16 - Dallas, TX - AT&T Stadium (also with Avenged Sevenfold)
June 18 - Chicago, IL - Soldier Field (also with Avenged Sevenfold) More...

The music is utterly challenging to any form of postmodern self-assurance: irony is for suckers, everything does matter, and everyone has a responsibility.

The 4 men in Sub-Urban Death have earned their spurs over the last 20 years in various hardcore bands like Today Forever, Bart's Revenge, Toughdog, and XgraceX and bring all their experience with verve and passion.
