Demon Hunter Comments On Fan's Death
Demon Hunter has issued the following statement:
"Our deepest sympathies and sincerest condolences go out to the friends and family of Desirae Piercefield, who we recently learned passed on from this earth to Heaven above in a heartfelt email from her loving husband, Michael.
"We had the blessing of meeting Desirae in Denver during our recent tour, and spend some time talking with her. At that point, she had been struggling with cancer for a while, and was so sick that she suspected that she probably wouldn't be attending our show. Thankfully, Desirae fought hard and was able to make it out to see the show and show us her DH tattoo. We had a blast talking with Desirae and her loved ones after the show.
"Desirae's family and friends will be in our prayers. We thank them, and Desirae for their amazing support for Demon Hunter. They have all helped us further understand why we do what we do.
"If you own the 45 Days documentary, you can hear Desirae speak at the 1:28:10 mark, and see footage of her at the 1:28:50 mark."
