So especially all our European fans, use this opportunity and get the cd well before it's released in your own country! Once again, sorry for this mess but there's nothing we can do about it."
Lazarus A.D. Writing New Material
Bassist/vocalist Jeff Paulick of Lazarus A.D. has issued the following update about working on new material:
“What the fuck is up! Just issuing a little update here; we have been home for about a month now since our last tour with Bison and Woe of Tyrants. The tour was great, especially Canada, but it ended slightly short with Dan breaking his hand. But, we will have you know, the hand is fine and has about 2 weeks left to heal and things will be better than ever. He has still been playing guitar as much as possible and actually has been practicing his finger picking techniques as thats about all he can do with his right hand right now haha! Nonetheless, Alex and I have been hard at work writing new material as well and we will resume writing in a couple weeks as a band. We have some down time here and are going to make the best of it. I can assure you the new material we have been jamming on is much more mature and we simply can't wait to get back into the studio. But more touring is in the works b4 that happens, rest assured.
"We obviously have Loud Park coming up and we are extremely stoked on that. Traveling to other countries and performing is a great feeling, the paperwork and process however is not! It takes alot of time and shit as a musician you just don’t want to deal with, but another good reason we are currently home. After Japan we have some things being thrown around, hopefully another US tour to wrap up the year and then back to the grind after the holidays. A couple more music videos are being put together, be on the lookout for that. We have some great HD footage of our gig at Milwaukee’s Summerfest which will be made into a live video very shortly here. Other than that, keep checkin back for updates and we will see everyone out there after we undoubtedly return home hungover and jet lagged to shit from Japan!!!”

Skeletonwitch Recording New Music Video
Skeletonwitch has issued the following update about recording a new music video:
"Welcome to the first installment of our new weekly blog (or as close to weekly as our lazy, heavy metal asses can get). There's a lot of Witch activity going on these days with the impending release of 'Breathing the Fire' so we figured we'd snap some pics and talk some shit and let everyone know what we're up to.
"This past weekend we had a killer first rehearsal for the Children of Bodom and The Black Dahlia Murder Tour. We knocked the dust off and ripped through a new set list that contains songs off of 'Breathing the Fire' that have yet to be debuted live. Can't wait for everyone to hear the new shit! After practice came the inevitable hangout/cookout/pass out session....
"If you haven't checked out the tour dates yet you can do so here. In other Witch news we're going to be filming a new music video very soon. It's a bit too early to reveal details as they're still subject to change, but keep an eye out. A new aural/visual Witch assault, coming your way soon.
"In addition to the two U.S. tours we currently have booked, we are planning some European devastation. Look for Skeletonwitch to be 'breathing the fire' in Europe around the end of the year. If everything works out, it's going to be a brutal fucking line up. As always, thanks for the support!"
Sybreed Finishes Recording New Album
Sybreed has issued the following tour recap, update about acquiring a new bassist, and announcement about finishing their new album:
"Hello folks, First of all and as we are back from the US, we would like to thanks all the people who have been involved in the tour, so as to say Threat Signal, The Agonist, The Autumn Offering, Hector 'Mexican Special' Gonzalez, who handled the bass player role for the tour, 'General' Ace Piva and our driver Ringo. Those people are awesome, and we wish we could have toured with them forever: no need to say how much we miss them. We also would like to thanks all the fans we’ve met, spoke with, partied and had booze with and so on: you’ve made that tour the greatest ever, and we can’t wait to come back to visit you again!
"Then, it’s time for a late update about the current Sybreed’s status. We are once again complete as a band, and are happy to introduce our new bass player Stephane: he is sexy, heavily tattooed, dwarf all of us by his American football lineman body shape and above all, plays bass as if there was no tomorrow. Our European tour had just finished the night before. Our show was to be in Ekaterinburg, Russia. Our flights were overnight with a layover in Moscow. Our schedule was tight to begin with and flight delays nearly cancelled the first Russian show. Nevertheless, we got there with just enough time to set up our gear and play. We really have to thank our road crew for pulling this one off - and also all of the crazy Russian fans for making this such a great experience. The audio is 100% raw and unmixed but, powerful indeed. Hope you dig it. Comment to let us know what you think!" More...

We just got handed final copies of the album for the band, and I couldn't be happier with the layout and overall feel of the album. I for one have always been a fan of going to the store, buying an album, taking it home, reading through the lyrics, taking in everything to do with the album and sit through it from beginning to end taking it all in. I've loved doing that since I was young.
"Whenever I hear classic albums like METALLICA's ...And Justice For All, I remember first buying it, taking in all the lyrics, artwork, the feel of it and I picture all of that whilst hearing it. More...

Destruction will play the Chaos Emergente Festival next week in Portugal (maybe with replacement guitar players), the release party shows, at the end of the month. I will be back on the track for sure!
According to Destruction's website, "the injury happened at the Vlamrock festival in Belgium. Mike and the band were watching a Hardcore show, when an aggressive fan jumped out of the moshpit into the crowd with a kick jump. Mike did not see him coming and he hit his left hand with full power. The negative clinical report of the hospital in Genk was fracture of the middle finger right away."

The comedic antics of Nathan Explosion, Skwisgaar Skwigelf, Toki Wartooth, Pickles, and William Murderface have already been explored in The Dethalbum, Metalocalypse Season 1, and Metalocalypse Season 2. Metalocalypse creator and Dethklok front man Brendon Small filled Metalunderground in on all the upcoming activity. Before getting to the latest material, Brendon spoke about how the show originally started. More...
