"Now that I have had a bit of time to reflect on the Head Crusher Video we just filmed in L.A., I must say that is was the best Video that I have been apart of, thus far. I arrived 1st to the shoot, so I was afforded a bit of time to check out the set, talk to the Director, crew, etc. and observe a few fight sequences, which was very cool, to say the least. The entire shoot was executed with the utmost professionalism - Hey, we even had our own Director's chairs - Pretty cool, if you ask me.
"Keep checking in with us right here and on www.theliveline.com Tons of cool stuff is coming your way soon, believe me.
"Have a good day, humans."

Anger As Art Issues Recording Update
California thrashers Anger As Art have issued the following recording update:
"So, here it is, Saturday AM. Looking back on the last 2 weeks, it is hard to believe that so much has been accomplished in such a short period of time, and with such good results.
"I went in on Tuesday, feeling... well, not sick, but just kind of funky. Motivation and all was correct, knocked out 6 songs. Back in on Thursday, did my last 4, had Danny do his vocal parts, and we nailed it. We go back on Monday to start hitting guitar solos, and gang backing vocals. Honestly, we will start mixing by next week. We are so far ahead of schedule and budget (still are on this day anyway... lol). I honestly think that we can be finished with mixing by August 20. I don't think I have EVER done a full length album in exactly one month. Again, we are not racing the clock - it is just going that smooth!
"More updates as they happen!"

Inner Surge Officially Disbands
Canadian metal band, Inner Surge, has announced that they are officially broken up. Steve Moore if Inner Surge issues the following message:
"Inner Surge is defunct unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on your perspective. And this is quite old news, but it needs to be written in stone. There will be no new music or live performances, offerings of any kind from this band. The site has been maintained in the past year to facilitate the further spreading of the music to new listeners, and I also considered the option of starting over with a new live lineup and a new album. Internal difficulties mainly, as well as to a lesser extent our dealings with some particularly shady people, were what stopped things. I don't think it's respectful to the former members to comment on the personal or internal difficulties. It's all in the past and there is no point in exchanging negativity of any kind. In fact, most of the band's story is of friendship, comradery and sharing the music we loved. The band was simply not meant to go on any further in that particular form. The band members from Inner Surge's final lineup, Bryan Sandau and Scott Taylor, are both excellent musicians and I hope you'll hear a lot from them in the future. They currently play for a Calgary-based band called Truck alongside Casey Rogers (who was Inner Surge's live bassist in 2008 - another great musician), and the music written so far is top notch." Dave Mustaine Issues Neck Surgery Update
Megadeth front man Dave Mustaine has issued the following update about his recent neck surgery and his upcoming autobiography:
"Droogies!
"Well, I made it and day two of the procedure is almost over. I wanted to take this time to thank you for all of your support. It was necessary for me to do this so that I could continue to operate at maximum potential for us all, and the timing was right, the Doctor was right, and my mentality was prepared to have a long frikken needle stuck into my neck, just short of the brain stem.
"I am over any of the pain from the procedure and I thank you for the confidence to break free from this bondage. I am also starting to experience the effects of the cervical epidural that they did, and the medication that they inject into my spinal column. We are optimistic that this will eliminate any need for further procedures to address the bulging disks in my thoracic vertebrae. More...
