Cattle Decapitation Streaming Flexi Track
San Diego death grind outfit Cattle Decapitation will make a Decibel Flexi Series debut in the August 2015 issue with previously unreleased track, "Cannibalistic Invasivorism."
The ravaging hymn - which will not appear on the band's forthcoming new full-length, "The Anthropocene Extinction" - is currently available for public ingestion below, courtesy of MetalSucks.net.
Expounds frontman Travis Ryan of the tune: "One thing we learned from our last couple albums was that an album's flow can make or break an album and it's an often overlooked part of the album-making process. We ended up with a couple songs that got squeezed out of the album's flow that were naturally then deemed 'bonus tracks,' and the track 'Cannibalistic Invasivorism' was one of them.
"It's a song about doing away with pestiferous, invasive species of life through eating them, similar to the invasivorism movement by culinary artistes who use things like snails, squirrels, etc., or any animal/insect that need their numbers thinned down in any given area or ecosystem to have a positive impact on the region. Of course, in the 'turning the tables' nature of Cattle Decaptiation, in this song we find the target being the single most invasive species on planet earth: the human being. Enjoy!" More...

Insulter Re-Releasing Early Demos
Formed in April of 1986 in Belo Horizonte, in the Minas Gerais state of Brazil, Insulter was born in the same lineage of early Brazilian bands like Sarcófago and Sextrash. In fact, all three bands shared members at different stages of their development.
Nuclear War Now! Productions will compile three early demos from the band and release them together under the title "Blood Spits, Violences and Insults" this coming July 1st. The label comments:
"Not to be confused with the way the term is more commonly used today, this brand of Brazilian deathcore was more of a reinterpreted brand of first-generation black metal, transformed by its heirs after having been bequeathed to Brazil from early European forefathers such as Bathory and Sodom.
"In addition to its emergence at the hands of these bands and others from Minas Gerais, a significant amount of cross-pollination occurred between them and São Paolo-based bands like Vulcano and Genocidio, which truly made this a unique musical brand of its own and one which would later serve as a primary inspiration worldwide for the bestial black metal bands of the late '80s and beyond. Cradle Of Filth Posts Art Video
Cradle of Filth will release forthcoming album "Hammer of the Witches" on July 10th via Nuclear Blast. In anticipation of the release, the band's verbose mouthpiece of Hell, Dani Filth, tells us a bit more about the album artwork in a new teaser video available below.
The artwork was created by Arthur Berzinsh who is best known for his defiant neo-symbolism raster graphics and oil paintings, postmodern interpretations of classic myths and refined hooliganism in the playground of contemporary art.
"Hammer of the Witches" was brought to fruition in Britain's Witch County, in darkest rural Suffolk at the reputedly haunted Grindstone Studios. The album's title is named after the Malleus Maleficarum, a medieval document of guidelines regarding the persecution and torture of witches - but Cradle of Filth's title version is more retributory: It's the Hammer of the Witches; the hammer is in the witches' hands and it's payback time.
