Punk outfit The Bastards will release a first new album in 12 years with “Straight Outta Yorkshire,” produced once again with long time Bastards producer Greg Hayes. To give a sneak peak for what's coming up, the band has unleashed a track titled "Scream" below.

The Bastards started life in the working class hole of the world, Wakefield – Yorkshire, in the early 80’s. Formed in high school at 13 years old, this is a true English punk band raised on the Pistols, Clash, Automatics, UK Subs, Buzzcocks with a heavy dose of The Ramones.

In December 1990, The Bastards packed their bags and moved to LA. After a previous reunion in 2002, last year the social media of the world started to demand to see The Bastards active again. More...

Cadaveria Announces New EP Details

"Mondoscuro" will be the title of the EP involving Cadaveria and Necrodeath, currently in the studio together to complete the mix of what promises to be the most diabolically unusual release of 2016.

The title refers to the cinematographic genre "Mondo film" of explicit documentaries, born in the 60s and depicting sensational, bloody and shocking scenes. "Mondoscuro" also clearly recalls the Mondocane project, a collaboration of Necrodeath and Schizo from which the album "Mondocane: Project One" was born in 1989.

"Mondoscuro" will not be a normal split, but a joint partnership that will see the two bands interacting strongly, through a track-list that alternates new songs to covers and that will include many identity exchanges. The EP will be released in a few months via Black Tears of Death. Stay tuned for more details! More...

If you pre-ordered the album on Bandcamp what was literally years ago, you should have an email now with your download link.

"We're so sorry for the wait and as a bonus, we've added ten demo tracks from what is to be our follow up. Some songs aren't complete, but that's how demo's work, right? We hope you enjoy them.

"We've put countless hours into this album, recorded every part several times (I think three was the final number of re-recording sessions) and I've personally put in more time mixing this project than I've put into anything else. It's not perfect but it's about damn time, right?" More...

Caro just checked in with this announcement about parting ways with the band's bassist and bring back an old member:

"We would like to welcome back the almighty Rasmus Munch Nielsen, AKA. Kalke. As some of you know, Kalke was once a member of Caro, but decided to take a little 'vacation' from the band. But we had him with us last Friday in Odense, and everything just felt right.

"This is not only the right choice of band member. It's the only choice. Kalke is one crazy talented musician, and one of the best, and kindest people around! So we are looking forward to conquering the world with this crazy fucker! Once again - Welcome back dude!" More...
