Great White Offers $1 Million To Settle Fire Suits

Great White has agreed to pay $1 million to the victims' relatives and survivors of the tragic fire at the Rhode Island nightclub, The Station, which took the lives of 100 people in February of 2003. The settlement must meet the approval of more than 300 people who have filed suit and does not mean the band admits any wrongdoing in the tragic event.

The settlement, covered by Great White's insurer, would cover tour manager Daniel Biechele, lead singer Jack Russell, the record label, band members, manager, and management company of the band at the time of the fire.

Around $175 million has now been offered by dozens of defendants to settle lawsuits over the fire, including foam companies, the radio station that ran advertisements for the concert, the club owners and the local fire marshal who failed to cite the club for the foam on the walls and ceilings. Last month, the state of Rhode Island and the town of West Warwick each agreed to settle for $10 million.

That's right as we get each track done it will be posted up for you to download.
