Death Metal Act Decorpsetated Premier Album
decorpsetated
/d?'kôrps??tad?d/
adjective
adjective: decorpsetated
(of a sentient being) to have had one’s corpse
violently and abruptly removed from their soul.
“this decorpsetated soul may never find its way
without a vessel”
Track by track, Human Words peals back the layers of human selfishness. With teeth gnashed and claws drawn, this vicious account of raw humanity will leave you questioning how we still exist, as well as whether we should… oh, and it rips pretty hard, if you’re into that sort of thing.
The artist had this to say about the album:
“As musicians we often end up with seemingly endless folders of unreleased music for one reason or another. You always tell yourself you’ll put together an album but you never do. So I started chipping away at a collection of my favourites with absolutely no vision of how it would turn out. 3 years later I’m sitting back in my studio listening to songs I thought were about greed, war, and extinction, only to be slammed with the reality that these were in fact metaphorical manifestations of my own emotional bullshit. In that moment I knew these stories had to be shared. What if someone else is facing similar struggles and trying to interpret them through a similar lens?”

The Arcane Order Set To Release New Album In June
Danish extreme metal quintet, The Arcane Order, return with their fourth album "Distortions From Cosmogony," to be released 9th June via Black Lion Records.
The group celebrates with releasing their first single from the album, the monumental "Cry Of Olympus." The first new music featuring Kim Song Sternkopf (Møl) on vocals and Bastian Thusgaard (Soilwork) on drums, you can watch the video for "Cry of Olympus" below.
"Distortions From Cosmogony" is an album for which the word 'epic' does little justice. Its singular style combines the extreme, the grandiose, technical and melodic while telling the story of mankind’s eternal existential conflict between autonomy and submission.
Lead singer Kim Song Sternkorpf states of the song:
"The 'Cry of Olympus' is the first single from the album and probably the most progressive of the songs on the album. We purposely wanted to create a song that would work well as a first impression of the new album and a gateway into the rest of the songs on the album.
"Can man handle true power or will it be his undoing? 'Cry of Olympus' is as classical as a tale of hubris gets. A mortal challenging fate by aspiring to climb as high as one can get to fall just as far. Because all heroes can fail us. That’s what makes us human." More...

The Modern Age Slavery Reveals New Album Details
Emerging amidst a sea of deathcore, Italy’s The Modern Age Slavery separated themselves from the rest with their visceral sense of the genre. Coming equipped with grinding blast beats, merciless brutal vocals and slaughtering rapid-fire double bass patterns their sound developed and became increasingly unique over time.
Before the pandemic, they shared stages with Jinjer, Decapitated, Incite, and recently they hit the road again, having played in big festivals with Slipknot, Sabaton, Behemoth, and many more.
The year of the corona-pandemic, when the music world was forced into a standstill, The Modern Age Slavery focused on the writing and recording of their new piece of art, “1901 | The First Mother” which will see the light of the day on May 5th, 2023 via Fireflash Records.
Any fan of extreme metal will be blown away by the crushing music of the latest The Modern Age Slavery's full-length album. Praised by metalsucks.com as “the most underappreciated metal band in all of Italy, and possibly all of Europe,” on "1901 | The First Mother" the five-piece lies somewhere on a vast spectrum of blackened deathcore and aggressive metal. Scar Symmetry To Release First Album In Nine Years
Nine years since the first installment of "The Singularity Trilogy," virtuosic progressive metallers Scar Symmetry, who recently re-signed to Nuclear Blast Records, have announced "The Singularity (Phase II - Xenotaph)" which will be released on 9th June. To coincide with the announcement, the band have also released the video for the album's first single "Scorched Quadrant."
In the wake of the announcement, band mastermind Per Nilsson comments "It brings us the utmost pleasure and pride to announce the long-awaited and much-teased 'Phase II' to the world along with its first single! It's been a long time coming but I'm glad that we went the extra mile to make everything as perfect as we felt it needed to be.
"The world is a different place in 2023 than it was in 2014 when 'Neohumanity' was released... We see the rise of AI before our very eyes and while we all look in awe at the wonders it can create it is easy to think of some very disturbing scenarios. In our new album, we once again explore these themes of neohumanity, artificial intelligence and the technological singularity from a dystopian point of view.
"The AI-enhanced neohumans are waging war upon the unmodified majority of mankind who don't stand a chance against their technologically superior oppressors, until one day, a glimmer of salvation appears in the night sky. Almost impossible to first take in; as an utterly alien mirage, seemingly out of nowhere mysterious, giant spacecrafts silently emerge from the heavens. Travelers both intergalactic and interdimensional, these ultraterrestrial beings who have been watching mankind for millennia seem to have decided to not sit idle while the technocalyptic cybergeddon is ravaging our planet.
"We recently renewed our vows with Nuclear Blast and we're very thrilled about moving on to this next phase (ahem) of our career with them by our side!
"The 'Phase II' touring cycle starts today and fittingly, we begin with a tour supporting my former employers Meshuggah! We hope to see you all on the road soon, but until then, here's Scorched Quadrant!" More...
