Ozzy's Dog The Bounty Hunter Theme Song Online

Ozzy Osbourne's original theme song for the new TV show "Dog the Bounty Hunter", has been posted online in MP3 format at this location (780 KB).

"Dog the Bounty Hunter", which will begin airing on A&E on Tuesday, Aug. 31, with back-to-back half-hour episodes starting at 10 p.m., follows the show's star, a bounty hunter named Duane Chapman (nicknamed "Dog"), as he tracks and then traps various fugitives — usually men (and occasionally women) who skip their scheduled trial dates and are hiding out somewhere in Hawaii, usually in some of the islands' seedier locales.

Bringing them in is the job of Dog, his wife, Beth, 34, and various associates, including one of Dog's sons, Leland, 27, (Duane and Beth have 12 children between them) and one of Dog's nephews, Justin, 21.

Orphaned Land Finishes First Video Clip

Six months after the release of the majestic milestone "Mabool – The Story Of The Three Sons Of Seven," we are about to offer our first ever video clip "Ocean Land." Vocalist Kobi Farhi:

Hello everyone and Shalom from the Orphaned Land of Israel! Finally after many years we filmed a video clip, to the song "Ocean Land" from our latest album "Mabool," it's our first video clip ever! It was a very hard day of working and we were on set for 18 hours. We had two different locations:

1. In the sea (where we bumped into hundred of Medusa jellyfish! It was very tough and we remained brave, but got wounded)

2. Underwater shots in a swimming pool - I had to sing for hours under the water, I drank so much pool water, yuck! We also filmed Matti playing a guitar solo under the water.

We were working with a very famous theatre actress named Hila Vidor and she was unbelievable, it was an inspiring adventure to work with her. If you ask me, she is the Queen of the sea! I think that it's a great video and it's about time that you will all be able to watch it and judge for yourself very soon.

News On System Of A Down's New Album

System of a Down have set the release of their new album to be in the fall of this year, according to a message in their website.

With regards to the recording process guitarist Daron Malakian said in the statement, "We'll play a song through and record it, listen to it and decide what could make it even better — repeat a chorus, simple rearrangement, we all spark off of each other. Some of the new songs have really great moments — we want to make the entire song a really great moment.

According to Malakian, some surprising influences can be heard in System's new work. "The influences range from Kraftwerk to Darkthrone to the Zombies to the Beach Boys, but it all fits together," he said. "It works."

Annihilator Guitarist Sells His Guitars

From the official Annihilator website:

Hi y'all. Well since most of you know, I have given away a few guitars here on my site for no money!. So, I figure I will try to sell a few also. I still have a Gibson Goth V and a Gibson Les Paul Studio (both in evil black). Since this contest has been going on to win my guitar, many have emailed me and asked if they could BUY one of my guitars. This is certainly not something I need to do BUT what the heck; who couldn't use money! hehe!

The Gibson Goth V is one of two that I used on the Carnival Diablos/Waking the Fury cd's and tours, as well as last summer's festival run at Wacken/BYH, etc... Curran Murphy also used one on the recent Judas Priest tour.

The Evil Black Les Paul was my main axe on the Criteria for a Black Widow tour as well as some tracks on that cd and a few on Carnival Diablos.

They both have the godly EMG pick-ups in them and both in pretty good shape. Will be some pretty cool historic guitars to have for a few Annihilator fans!

In case anyone is wondering why they are being put up for "sale" here, it is because MANY people have emailed me about buying one of my guitars. I also have an endorsement with the best darn guitar company out there ESP so I really won't be using these Gibsons anymore; I have alot of guitars!

So if you are (seriously) interested, send me a message (PM Private Message) throught this site (you have to register to do this). Again, only serious inquiries only please.

Price? I have have offers around $1500 EUROS for each of these 2 axes (i have a few of you who are asking me if it is $1500 euros for BOTH = NO. $1550 euros for each, so far!)

So if you are interested, make me an offer. I will post (here) what the current offers are.

Buyer pays shipping via Fedex or UPS.

Heck, I might even throw in some autographed Annihilator goodies for ya!

Cheers y'all and I hope the contest winners enjoy their metal prizes!

Cattle Decapitation Tour and "Humanure" Update

Cattle Decapitation posted the following update on the bands official website:

Cattle Decapitation is back from tour!!! Well, for a couple weeks at least. We leave in a couple weeks for the Deicide tour. Check the shows section for dates. Thanks to all who came out to the tour we just did with Black Dahlia Murder, Goatwhore and our bros in Watch Them Die. We had a blast. We'd also like to say thank you VERY MUCH to our merch guy JP for saving our lives the other day. On our way home coming out of Lincoln, Nebraska the whole band came very close to a full head on collision. We were heading west on I80 and this car suddenly came barrelling towards us on 2 wheels accross the grass median from the eastbound freeway. All JP saw was the roof of the car as it came literally 1-2 feet from the front of our vehicle. The crash would have been devastating had JP not taken control of our van and slammed on the brakes. We pulled over and the sight was not pretty. The passenger was just a little kid and he was unconscious and his face looked similar to the head on the Brujeria "Matando Gueros" album. The driver and the backseat passenger were messed up pretty bad too and the car was completely munched. A couple of us assisted in getting blankets and talking to the cops. We had to go to the police station in Lincoln to fill out a report since JP was the only real witness. About 20 minutes later, our trailer tire blew up and took the trailer fender with it. See kids, these are the reasons you must go to support your local scene, especially if you're going to download bands' music. The music industry is dying and these bands need all the help they can get. From Britney Spears to Broken Hope. Support your scene.

*Cattle Decapitation's new album "Humanure" is nominated for "Best Hard Rock Album" at the San Diego Music Awards!!! 2002's "To Serve Man" won the same award last year...

*There will be some sort of news shortly regarding the "Humanure" album cover. We can't give any details just yet, but all I can say is you may want to get it now. The version in stores right now may not be around for long. Seriously. More details on that coming shortly.

Current "Humanure" radio stats:
CMJ Loud Rock: #3 (up 3 spots)
CMJ Crucial Spins: #24

Vader Involved In Another Car Accident

Polish death kings Vader were involved in another bus crash while on tour in Germany. The posting on their official website reads:

On the way to Falkenstein (Germany) near Leipzig Vader's new tour bus was involved in a car accident! The bus has been seriously smashed but fortunately its occupants managed to escape unharmed. The band was forced to spend a few hours at local police station and due to that, the gig in Falkenstein has been cancelled. We would like to apologize all the fans and organizers for the abcence at the show. It really didn't depend on us! Now we are waiting for a new car because the police has kept the broken one and hope that everything will go smoothly. Hope to visit you in the near future!

Vader's new album, "The Beast," will be released on September 20 through Metal Blade Records.

Danzig Insists Punchout Was A Setup

Danzig frontman Glenn Danzig has spoken out about the infamous video tape of him getting punched by North Side Kings member Danny Marianinho following a dispute at a show in Tuba City, Arizona, in early July. Asked by Argus Leader what happened in Tuba City when he got "knocked out," Danzig said, "I don't want to give those guys [North Side Kings] press. That was just a setup for me to punch him and them to sue me for a bunch of money. If I wanted to kill that guy, he'd be dead in two seconds."
