Dark Angel Reform
Classic American extreme metallers Dark Angel have regrouped, with four of the musicians who appeared on their classic album ‘Leave Scars’: guitarists Jim Durkin and Eric Meyer, vocalist Ron Rinehart and drummer Gene Hoglan. More news is expected soon on their plans.

Cradle Of Filth have parted with guitarist Gian Pyres, as they work on new album ‘Damnation & A Day’. Pyres wants to pursue a different musical direction, and the split is said to be amicable.
Drowning Pool Tribute DVD
Drowning Pool are currently putting together a DVD in tribute to their late frontman Dave Williams who died recently. The band are looking for contributions from fans. If you’ve got any mementos of Williams – photos, video footage, etc. – which you’re prepared to lend them, then email: press@winduprecords.com. The first $250,000 made from this DVD will be used to buy Williams’ parents a house, something he always wanted to do. That's a pretty cool idea, if you ask me...
