Anthrax Album Title
Anthrax are to record a live album in Chicago on October 10th. And they have come up with the greatest album title of all time. Ready for this: the album is to be called 'Metallus Maximus Livus'! I personally love this title.
Ozzy's Black X-Mas
He might be in his 50's, but Ozzy seems to be stepping up the workload rather than toning it down.No sooner has he finished the hectic Ozzfest tour with Black Sabbath than he's back in the studio with producer Mike Beinhorn finishing off his new solo album 'Down To Earth', due for release on October 16. A single, 'Get Me Through' hits the streets on September 4, and a video for this has just been shot, which involves multiple Ozzy's. And now the double O has announced an American arena tour for November and December. Dubbed 'Black Christamas' , this will be a five band package that'll include Rob Zombie. And when that finishes, presumably Ozzy will start thinking about recording a new Black Sabbath album.

More On Metallica / Megadeth
According to MEGADETH mainman Dave Mustaine, METALLICA drummer Lars Ulrich called MEGADETH’s management office (Larry Mazer Entertainment Services Unlimited) twice this past Friday, August 24th asking for Mustaine’s home phone number, but ended up not calling the frontman that day. No further information is available about the reason for the call, but one could only assume that Mustaine’s recent posting on the METALLICA Message Board at www.metallica.com (as first reported here on August 22nd) reaching out to METALLICA and the latter group’s fans might have had something to do with it. More information as it becomes available.

Set to be issued through Metal Blade Records in early 2002, the as-yet-untitled effort will include the following cuts, among others:
- Hatchet To The Head
