Ozzy's Biggest Fan
As posted by ozzfest.com, VH1 is asking if "Are you OZZY OSBOURNE's biggest fan?" If so, VH1 Fanclub wants to hear from you. They are looking for hardcore Ozzy fans to be profiled on VH1. Meshuggah
Swedish mathcore technicians Meshuggah have bought a studio in Sweden with industrial rockers Clawfinger, a band with quite the successful history, but very little exposure in North Amercia since their mid-‘90s heyday. Meshuggah drummer Tomas Haake spills the beans on his mates.

Entombed Download
Another track off ENTOMBED’s forthcoming Morning Star CD, which is due for release in Europe through Music For Nations Records on September 3rd, has made been made available for download via the group’s official web site. “I For An Eye” can be downloaded from this location.
Morbid Fascinations
Apparently PANTERA’s Philip Anselmo is in collaborations with Trey Azagthoth and Pete Sandoval of MORBID ANGEL in quite possibly forming a band/project of their own. According to Killjoy, Philip wants him to do the vocals, but as Killjoy informed, "I agreed to be the vocalist if all I have to do is show up and sing. I want nothing to do with lyrics, no thinking of names, no interviews, no photo sessions, no cover concepts and only if agree that I can just be the singer. All I've been told is that its gonna be extremely fast...".
God Send Slayer
Slayer have lined up the track "God Send Death" as the preliminary first single off of their upcoming new album "God Hates Us All", which is due out through Island/Def Jam on September 11th. The song is currently spinning at radio now.
New Dope CD
Dope have set a tentative September 18th release for their forthcoming new album "Life", however it is more than likely that the effort will land in stores through Flip/Epic sometime in October/November. The track "Now Or Never" has been tapped as the first single off of the effort and is slated to impact at radio on September 18th.
