Afterward, we’ll be coming back home to finally finish our next full length album which we started recording at the beginning of this year and hopefully have a brand new record out in early 2011.

"But before that we’re leaving you with one final release for this year. Back on April 11th 2009 we played a show in Whitby, Ontario. The show was recorded by our friend Dave Sheldon and a few songs were supposed to be released on some sort of DVD. Nothing ever seemed to come from it, so we asked Dave to send us what he recorded. He mixed and mastered it, and we were surprised by how good it sounded. So we have decided to release this recording as a free (or pay what you want) download as well as a cassette limited to only 50 copies."

Threat Signal Comments On Guitarist Departure

Canada's Threat Signal recently announced the departure of guitarist Adam Weber. Threat Signal bassist Pat Kavanagh has now checked in with the following statement about the split and the band working on a new album:

"I'm going to start this update off with the good news. We're playing a week of shows with our friends in Soilwork in August. Can't wait to play with those dudes again! Check out our myspace for the dates. Also we'll have former Darkest Hour shredder and awesome dude Kris Norris filling in! So you definitely don't want to miss these shows.

"Now you may be asking yourself 'filling in?!?' yeah, onto the bad news. Here it comes again folks, there's been another casualty in TS. Adam has decided to leave us. He has some personal things he needs to work out and we wish him all the best. We're still good friends and there's plenty more beers that we'll have together so no worries. I know this sucks to hear for a lot of you and I can list off a boat load of bands that have been through the same shit we've been through. Just know it sucks hard on our side too.

"On a positive note we have a huge head start on the next record. Even have a few demos already! You'll be hearing new shit soon. So we hope to see you on the road with Soilwork, Mutiny Within and Kris Norris soon! Good times will be had by all! Now I'll leave you with this little fun game; let's see how you guys can finish this joke: How many Threat Signal guitarist's does it take to screw in a light bulb. Have fun."

"Hello dear fans! There are now over six months since the latest news. Let's start by thanking all those who passed us during our rare spectacle in 2010. "We will be back on stage July 27, 2010. We just could not refuse an opportunity to play outdoors in downtown Montreal. It is a short performance in the Festival of Expression of the street. Come on down if you have time, it's free and there are torturing passersby with passion. It will then eventually play in Three Rivers for the opening show of Aborted / Augury with Hands of Death August 23, 2010. Even then, it should scroll mode, it shot mouth!! Our co-visual (video) Fred Maheux usual just finished the editing of excerpts in concert captured in Sherbrooke in May They should be available about upcoming days.

"New hardware side, we went to 10 new rooms including 4-5 completed with the voice. We just make an appointment with Chris Donaldson (Cryptopsy, Neuraxis, The Agonist etc.) to start recording in early October this year. We must begin soon if you want to come out before 2012 because we were working on a double album, more will follow.
