Madder Mortem Explore the Deadlands

Madder Mortem's new album is finished. The album is titled Deadlands and is scheduled for an October 21st release through Century Media. Here's an update from the band: “It is our most ambitious and spectacular work so far. It contains nine songs + intro and runs for approximately 57 minutes. This album should be interesting for everyone into music, because of its very diverse qualities. One thing most of the songs have in common is that they're very dark, gloomy and very heavy. Kreator, Destruction Blame Small Stage

Kreator and Destruction have issued a joint statement explaining the reasons for the cancellation of the groups' Poughkeepsie, New York show at The Chance on Sunday, September 15th.

"The hall in which the band were supposed to play was not available," begins the statement. "The replacement room had only a very small stage for an acoustic set, so the equipment of the band, meaning the drums, amps and speakers, just could not fit on it! Sorry to all fans that have been waiting for this show, but the bands were just disappointed and could not change anything about it!"

We'd like to thank Relapse and everyone there for the outstanding work they've done for Mortician throughout the years. We wouldn't be where we are if it wasn't for you."

Mortician will be touring the U.S. with Scar Culture and Sikfuk throughout September and October. Confirmed dates are as follows: More...
