Gomorran Reveals Debut Album Details

Finnish Helsinki-based blackened death metal band Gomorran is set to release their debut record, Excerpts From The Dark Age, on December 3rd via Inverse Records. The first single, "Sermon", is released today along with an official video. Check it out below.

Vocalist/guitarist Perttu Laamanen comments: "'Sermon' is a heathen ritual where demons of the verses lay waste to everything. A chorus that burns in purgatory is enforced with fast and satanic interludes. At the final moments of the ritual the listener is pulled to the dreary and hopeless depths of hell. The enchanting infernal damnation of the final beats keeps fascinating on every listen."

Align The Tide Posts New Single Online

In 2019, the metal world was introduced to Align The Tide, a brutally heavy, technically dazzling new group from an unlikely locale, the beautiful, sun-soaked Mediterranean country of Malta. The quartet released their debut album "Dead Religion" with mega-indie label Cleopatra Records that year and quickly gained a solid following thanks to a superior combo of monster riffs, thundering drums and dark, heavy lyrical themes.

Scorpions To Release New Album In February

In February 2022 the Scorpions will release their 19th studio album, "Rock Believer," followed by a world tour. During the pandemic the band retreated to the studio in their German hometown in Hannover and started working on new songs.

"The album was written and recorded in the Scorpions DNA with core Schenker/Meine compositions," says Klaus Meine. "We recorded the album as a band live in one room, like we did in the '80s."

The Scorpions will kick off their Rock Believer World Tour in March 2022 in Las Vegas, where the band will play nine shows as part of their residency at Planet Hollywood Hotel. Afterwards, they will cross the Atlantic to Europe where they will play six concerts in France and six shows in Germany supported by Wolfgang Van Halen’s new band, Mammoth WVH.

Ad Infinitum Shares "Afterlife" Music Video

Following their captivating first single "Unstoppable" – which captured nearly 100,000 YouTube views within 24 hours of its debut – Ad Infinitum are back with another addictive new single, "Afterlife." The track, which features magnificent frontwoman Melissa Bonny performing alongside fellow vocal powerhouse Nils Molin of modern metal frontrunners Amaranthe and power metal outfit Dynazty, has premiered today with a cinematic music video.
