Tatoo Massachusetts
The people behind last year's successful Tattoo The Earth tour of America are involved in putting on the first Massachusetts Tattoo Festival, which happens from October 5-7 at the Centrum in Worcester. This will see various tattoo-associated events happening plus some top name bands playing. There will also be shows held at the Palladium which is close by. On October 5, Six Feet Under, Napalm Death, Dimmu Borgir and Witchery will appear at the latter venue, while the following day will be a hardcore extravaganza, involving the Dropkick Murphys and Sick Of It All.
Cathedral Correction
Cathedral have announced that, contrary to adverts in certain parts of the music press, they are not supporting Entombed in London at the Camden Underworld on September 11.
Deftones Hit the Studio
Deftones are back in the studio, working with producer Mudrock on songs which they're aiming to get onto movie soundtracks. If things work out with Mudrock, he might end up in the chair for the band's next album.
No Enthroned @ Global Arts Tatoo
Global Arts Tatoo Convention 2001: 23rd september Villeneuve s/lot / France. Enthroned cancelled their gig due to their forthcumming tour in America so bands playing this gig are:
- Dementor (slo) Brutal satanic death
- Arkon Infaustus (Fra) Brutal black (with ANTAEUS drummer)
