P.O.D. Cancellations

P.O.D. have canceled numerous events as well as their performance on the "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno", which was set to take place on Friday, September 14th, due to the recent events in America. Their new album "Satellite" hit stores this past Tuesday, September 11th.

Pledge Of Allegiance Gets Postponed

In light of the recent tragic events, the impending Pledge Of Allegiance" Tour which is set to feature Slipknot, System Of A Down, Rammstein and Mudvayne, along with rotating slots from American Head Charge and No One, has had numerous of its first few dates postponed and will now kick off on September 21st in Denver, CO. The replacement shows for the postponed dates will be announced shortly. For now, the St. Paul, MN stop of the tour, which was originally set to take place this Saturday, has now been switched to take place at the Xcel Energy Center on October 11th.

Incubus have posted their new track "Circles" on their official website www.enjoyincubus.com. The song will show up on the groups impending new album "Morning View", due out on October 23rd through Immortal/Epic.

Issues And Rumors

Korn have completed tracking all of the music for their upcoming and as of yet untitled new album, which is currently planned for a January/February release through Immortal/Epic. At present, band frontman Jonathan Davis is in a Vancouver, BC studio tracking vocals for the effort with producer Michael Beinhorn (Soundgarden, Hole).

Factory 81 Switch Labels

Factory 81 will have their debut album, 'Mankind', reissued by a major label in the near future. It will be the third time that the record has been put out since last October, but it will also mark the first occasion that it's been made available in the UK and Europe.

NonPoint Developments

Nonpoint plan to start recording their second album very soon, tenatively named 'Development' and due in 2002. Development is to be produced by Jason Behler, the man at the helm for the band's debut 'Statement'. Nonpoint also plan to release an EP featuring acoustic and live tracks before the end of the year.
