Watch The Hardcore Version Of Korn's Banned Video
Kerrang has the uncut "hardcore" cartoon version of the new clip from Jonathan Davis's mob, Right Now.
The single arrives on 17 November and is from the new album, Take A Look In The Mirror, out a week later. The new album is "the best stuff we've ever done," says Davis. "It sounds brutal and very heavy. I'm very happy with it because we didn't have anybody telling us what to do, which is how we started out. It's totally come full circle. Untouchables null was brilliant for what it was, but this album is an evolution and a mixture of everything we've done."
I do like Korn, but I will have to reserve the term "brutal" for heavier music.

"As I write this I'm heading out for Hong Kong to finish off what is to be 'Phantasma'. This album has taken me over three years and three continents to finish and now is the time to wrap things up. 2004 will not only hold the 'Phantasma' release but also celebrates the fact that it's 15 years since this project started. 2004 also sees Cemetary return to its true label home — Black Mark.
"A lot of things have been said and done but in the end our relationship is of a very personal nature and that's that. Any comments beyond this just takes the focus away from the main act: the music! More...
Kataklysm Scrap Original Cover Art
Canadian death metallers KATAKLYSM have changed the recently released artwork for their forthcoming album, "Serenity in Fire". Singer Maurizio Iacono explains: "The good thing about today is that we have the Internet, [so] it's easier to communicate with your fans, to test stuff out and have opinions. What our fans think is very important to us because in the end, they are the ones spending the money to buy albums and we want to satisfy as many as we can with not only our music, but also the booklet and artwork - even if it's impossible to satisfy everyone, we still try :)"
"We've had positive comebacks and many negative ones for the artwork that was intended for 'Serenity in Fire', so after debating with Thomas (artist) and Nuclear Blast, we decided to do a new one for the album. We think the new artwork is killer, so does the label and our close friends. Hopefully you guys will dig this one up too (coz we ain't changing it again, this is it)!
