Lack Of Faith In Steel Attack
Ronny Hemlin (Lack of Faith) has been announced as the new singer of Steel Attack. The band will record thier new album in April 2004.
Dio To Enter Studio Early 2004
RONNIE JAMES DIO and co. will enter the studio in Janaury to commence recording of the next DIO record. The band is currently writing material for the album due out sometime in the middle of 2004.. The lineup is filled out by CRAIG GOLDY on guitar, SIMON WRIGHT on drums and JIMMY BAIN on bass.
Electric Eel Shock 'Do The Metal' On Tour
Electric Eel Shock's new album, 'Do The Metal' is out. The band are in Austria at the moment, touring Europe with Danko Jones, after doing a week of dates with Sepultura in Germany. EES will be Switzerland, italy, France, Spain, Holland, belgium, Germany, Sweden and the UK soon. Here are the upcoming tour dates:

Wed 10th Dec - Glasgow King Tutts (Kerrang K Fest)
Thu 11th Dec - Manchester Academy (Kerrang K Fest)

Metallica Does Ramones Cover
Metallica's cover of the Ramones song "53rd & 3rd", previously released on the Ramones tribute album earlier this year, will be included on the upcoming "Big Day Out" compilation album, due for release on December 8. The set is a double CD, containing no less than 38 songs from the stars of the upcoming 2004 Australian festival show "Big Day Out", which is due to kick off on January 16. Other bands included on the album are Jet, Muse, The Dandy Warhols, Basement Jaxx, Hoodoo Gurus, Aphex Twin and many more.
