Entombed Guitarist Joins Disfear
Entombed guitarist Uffe Cederlund has joined Swedish crust rock outfit Disfear as the group's second touring guitarist. Uffe will pull double duty on the upcoming Close-Up Made Us Do It Tour and will continue playing with Disfear in the future when he's not busy with Entombed. Disfear feature in their ranks former At The Gates/The Crown frontman Tomas Lindberg.
The Close-Up Made Us Do It trek, which will kick off on December 3 in Sundsvall, Sweden, will feature Entombed and Disfear alongside fellow countrymen Raised Fist. More...
Lamb Of God DVD Due In January
Lamb Of God is set to begin the new year with the January 13th release of their first DVD, Terror And Hubris.
The specially priced ($7.98) DVD collection contains over 50 minutes of material including the band’s two videos, ‘Black Label’ and ‘Ruin’, four exclusive live tracks, band commentary, interviews and not to be missed behind the scenes footage.
Psyopus Signs With Black Market Activities
Technical grind/metal outfit Psyopus have officially signed with Black Market Activities. The Rochester, NY band recently finished recording their debut full-length at Watchmen Studios with Doug White (Earth Crisis, Buried Alive). The album is titled "Ideas of Reference" and is slated to hit stores in March 2004.

Cannibal Corpse Guitarist Launches Side Project
Cannibal Corpse guitarist Jack Owen has teamed up with ex-Epitaph/Resurrection drummer Kevin Astl in a brand new band called Adrift.
The quintet, who play "emotive, aggro hard-rock," are rounded out by Mark Elm on vocals, Analia Pizzaro (a "totally hot babe!!" according to Astl) on guitar, and Michael Capuano on bass guitar. Check out the band's web site, www.adrift.cc, soon for details and updates.
36 Crazyfists Push Back 'A Snowcapped Romance'
36 Crazyfists have taken their release date for their new abum back to Febuary 24th, the artwork and new selection of pics are available on either roadrunner's site or www.36crazyfists.com. "A Snowcapped Romance" will feature 'At The End Of August' as rough version of which can be downloaded from www.36crazyfists.de.
