Skinlab Hits The Road

San Francisco Bay Area metallers SKINLAB will embark on a tour of Australia in early March. The shows will take place between March 6th and March 11th and will include an appearance at the Grounded Festival in Sydney. We will have more information on this as it becomes available.

System Of A Down Goes Under

System of a Down are down with the Down Under. They will play select dates of the Big Day Out festival in Australia and New Zealand. The six-show caravan, which kicks off Jan. 18 in Auckland, New Zealand, marks SOAD's first trip to the Australian continent. Other performers include Alien Ant Farm, Silverchair and Prodigy.

Judas Priest Hit Australia

Metal gods Judas Priest will nod to the old school for their upcoming Australian tour, as classic Austrilian rockers Heaven have been confirmed as the support act. The tour begins November 30th in Perth and runs through December 7th in Brisbane.

Marc Reign Joins Destruction

German thrashers DESTRUCTION have announced the addition of 31-year-old drummer Marc Reign to the group’s ranks following the departure of Sven Vormann last month. Born in Berlin, Germany, Marc had previously played in thrash/death metal acts GUNJAH and ORTH, as well as in the “alternative rock/grunge/crossover/gothic” band UPTIDE.
