Forbidden Zone has recorded their demo, ''you're virgin blood' and you can visit their website to hear some samples.
Heaven Shall Burn Delayed
That the truck transporting the Heaven Shall Burn digipaks for the upcoming "whatever it may take" CD from the printers to the pressingplant had an accident, damaging the digipaks. As a result, the release date for the CD has been delayed until December 10th (U.S. releasdate January 22nd, 2002).
Killswitch Engage Recording Debut
Killswitch Engage was back at Zing Studios in Westfield, MA this past weekend recording material for their Roadrunner Records debut. Andy Sneap will be mixing and mastering the record in February, a bit later than was originally planned. According to the band, the new material consists of: "...heavier guitar crunch, growling bass tone, lower overall tuning, thick/fast double bass, and better/catchier song writing."

From Nevermore to Annihilator
Guitarist Curran Murphy has officially left Nevermore to join Annihilator. The band's current line-up consists of Joe Comeau (vocals), Russ Bergquist (bass), Jeff Waters (guitar), Curran Murphy (guitar) and Randy Black (drums). According to www.bravewords.com, Annihilator's forthcoming album, Waking The Fury, is nearly complete, with the mixing/mastering due to be done around mid-December.
