Korn Get Undead

Korn will be providing several songs for the upcoming movie ‘Queen Of The Damned’, based on the Anne Rice vampire novel. The tracks will be performed in the movie by a fictitious outfit called Satan’s Night Out, who are fronted by one of the main vampiric characters, Lestat, who will be voiced by Jonathan Davis. The film opens in America on February 22.

Two of the most celebrated vocalists in German metal history, former Accept frontman Udo Dirkschneider and Doro, will be teaming up for a duet on an as-yet unnamed track.

Heavymetal.About.com has a top-list of metal Xmas tunes. Of course that stuff is pretty rare, so it's not even a top-ten list! It looks interesting though - I might even check some of those CDs out...

While I'm at it, they also have a list of their top five metal tribute albums.

Top Navigation Menu

I've been toying with a top navigation scheme rather than having the navigation on the left, and I think I like it better. The stuff on the left gets lost being so far down the page. So be prepared for the leftnav to disappear soon and get used to the top menu.

I hope you all like the new background image as well. I'm looking for more photos of other metal bands to make similar backgrounds so I can display them randomly on each page. For now, all I have is this first "test" of Slayer (credit to Slayer.net for the original images). Slayer kicks ass!
