Judas Priest Hit Australia

Metal gods Judas Priest will nod to the old school for their upcoming Australian tour, as classic Austrilian rockers Heaven have been confirmed as the support act. The tour begins November 30th in Perth and runs through December 7th in Brisbane.

According to Judas Priest management co-ordinator Jayne Andrews, "the final decision about support bands is up to us and we are taking Heaven on a few of the Australian dates with us. They have been recommended by the [Australian] promoter and we are quite happy with them being on the bill."

However, there has been no official word as to whether Heaven will in fact be the show opener on Judas Priest’s upcoming North American tour, as first reported by www.melodicrock.com last week. The upcoming American trek is also scheduled to include Anthrax in the middle slot.
