Metallica To Continue As Trio
Metallica have effectively confirmed that they will finish recording their new album as a trio, with producer Bob Rock filling in on bass. The band also revealed that the title of the new song they performed last week during a surprise club show in San Francisco: ‘DK Rolls’. James Hetfield explained the reason he was seated for the gig was that he’s waiting for an operation on his neck.
The Crown Tap Former Vocalist
Swedish death metallers The Crown will bring back former vocalist Johan Lindstrand for their appearance at the Tuska Metal Festival in Finland on July 13. But this will only be a one-off appearance from the singer, as The Crown continue the search for a permanent replacement for the recently departed Tomas Lindberg.
