The single also includes a remix from Laibach, among others.
"Reise Reise" sold 26,716 copies in the United States in its first week of release (according to Nielsen SoundScan) to debut at position No. 61 on The Billboard 200 chart.

Among a re-worked version of "Gestated Rabidity" (off the "Haematobic" EP), other songtitles passed around are "The Inertia," "A Cold Logistic Slaughter," "The Archaic Abattoir," "Parturient Homicidal Craving" and more to come along a concept story. Theatres Des Vampires Fires Singer
After 10 years of history Theatres des Vampires have split from the singer Alexander. After 3 months of discussions and a formal stop of activities, Theatres des Vampires was forced to stop the collaboration with the singer Alexander. The singer during the last year suffered for a badly and destructive form of jealousy against some members of the band - Scarlet (the well known singer) and Fabian (the keyboard player and main compositor). This caused major problems and a virtually impossible continuing of activities of the band in this kind of situation.
The band fronts 2 options: disband or fire out the one who has been the problem in the last months. And the decision is taken.
Theatres des Vampires, according with the official Management Tim Fraser and the label Plastic Head, decided to stop the collaboration with the singer Alexander and are now searching for a new singer to replace him.
For the moment, all activities of the band are frozen while searching for the new singer. For news and extra information, you can get in touch at info@theatres-des-vampires.com
More recent news and updates about the situation at will be up soon at www.theatres-des-vampires.com or www.theatres-des-vampires.net.

Megadeth Bassist Reports From Vancouver
Megadeth bassist James MacDonough has posted this tour report from Vancouver on the band's official website:
Well it was a rough, long trip through the mountains, alot of snow at certain points but glad to be in somewhat warmer temperatures. I even got tattood today, yes I do have some room left, japanese 'Kanji' lettering.
It's been great having Dave McRobb out for the last few shows, a really great guy, he still seems never to stop working though. His job with this site is amazing and always seems to suprise me with new ideas.
It's what we call the 'countdown' section of the tour now, where there's only a few shows left, and everyones' getting a little down about it. There will be a new tour in a couple of months, so something to look forward to, also playing countries where some of us have never been.
Dave planned a thanksgiving dinner for both bands and all the crew today, it was a very nice spread with all the traditional fixings, a very nice thing for him to do. It was also a plus that it was in Vancouver and the city wasn't shut down for the day.
Happy Holidays again! These last shows will rock like the previous ones I'm sure. I will gather pics from everyone I can that's out with us and post some type of spread for you guys when I'm back home.
Be Loud, Be Safe, and talk to you soon, James.
Megadeth plays a sold-out show tonight at the Commodore Ballroom after an in-store appearance at Scrape Records at 4pm.
