Velvet Relvoler To Name Album 'Comrades'
After throwing around some titles, VELVET REVOLVER are set to call their debut album 'Comrades'. With producer Josh Abraham at the helm, fans should see the album issued by RCA to surface sometime in late April.
Seven More Confirmed For 2000 Decibel Festival
Seven more bands have been confirmed for the fifth edition of the 2000 Decibel-festival, which will be held the 21 st and 22 nd May next year in Bengtsfors, Sweden (180 km north of Gothenburg). The bands are Astral Doors, Count Raven, Draconian, Pain Of Salvation, Persuader, Tad Morose and Vintersorg. Already confirmed are Ablaze My Sorrow, Arise, Morifade, Notre Dame and Wolf.
What makes 2000 Decibel special is the fact that it is the only festival that is totally dedicated to Swedish Hard Rock and Metal. If you visit the festival you will get the chance to see some of the best bands that Sweden has to offer. Thirty-five bands will play on three stages.

The legendary bay area thrash band Heathen has reformed and is working on new songs, as well as revamping old material – as it stands now, guitarist Doug Piercy is not part of the reunion lineup.
