Ozzy Live In Japan

Ozzy Osbourne is to record a live album on his upcoming tour of Japan. The as yet untitled record should be out by the summer, and it will feature three previously unreleased studio tracks, including ‘Black Skies’, which was originally recorded for an Ozzy video game which had to be scrapped after the company manufacturing it went bankrupt.

Manson Charges Reduced

Marilyn Manson has had the charges against him arising out of the July Ozzfest show in Detroit reduced. Manson was accused by security guard Joshua Keasler of sexually harassing him during the gig at the DTE Energy Music Theater on July 30. If found guilty, Manson might have faced up to two years in prison, but a judge has now ruled that Manson should only be charged for a misdemeanor, which carries a maximum of a $2000 fine.

Pessimist Slaughtering the Faithful

After a long wait, delay after delay, tweaking after tweaking, the new Pessimist is finally done. February 12 is the official release date for "Slaughtering the Faithful" but will be available direct in mid - late January from Lost Disciple Records. Catch them in MA February 10 at the Fat
Cat in Springfield with labelmates Brial as well as MD, NY, NJ, PA around this time too.
