Misery Index Posts Second Lyric Video Online
Baltimore, Maryland-based death metallers, Misery Index, will release their new album, "Rituals Of Power," on March 8th via Season of Mist. A lyric video for the track "The Choir Invisible" can be found below.
The band comment on the track: "'The Choir Invisible' is a euphemism for the dead, or those who have passed on. In the context of this song, it is an anthem of the dispossessed and the hopeless. Many across the world exist in an ‘in-between’ state that is often ignored and/or washed over because they lack the power and voice to plead their case as human beings. The song takes up this theme and tells it from the somber view of those who risk their lives, board ships and cross oceans in order to find a better life." More...

After having premiered four videos for the album "Ømni," Angra return in 2019 with quite a bang. The band has shared a new video for the song "Magic Mirror" - a very iconic composition from the most recent album. Watch below.
Inspired by the acidity of Rafael Bittencourt's questioning lyrics, the director Pedro Jorge worked on the screenplay for "Magic Mirror" and portrayed its topic with subtlety and poetry. The video clip includes the presence of Jaqueline Oliveira and Jéssica Batista - two professional fighters and real warriors in their own lives.
The reflection from the magic mirror reveals that what bothers us in other people is in fact what we need to learn and understand about ourselves. Foes and people that we don’t have empathy for give us the opportunity to discover a shocking pathway of personal growth. More...

Eluveitie Posts New Video Online
We all wade through archetypes. We all ARE archetypes. Distant echoes of a life both primeval and noble. To embrace these archetypes, to accept them not only as a part of life but as life itself is what some may call enlightenment, some peace of mind. Eluveitie call it "Ategnatos." And by using their longest ever gap between albums to gather momentum, they just forged their strongest album around it. "Ategnatos" will be released on April 5th 2019 via Nuclear Blast.
Today, the band has released the title track as the debut single, right in time for the pre-order start. The song can be heard and watched in the form of a music video over on YouTube. The music video was produced by the Polish company Grupa13 in January 2019 and can be seen below.
Chrigel Glanzmann states:
"So here it is, the first single off our new album (well, apart the 'sneak peek' you already got a year ago with 'Rebirth'), being the title track itself. It's the song off the album introducing you into the whole mental realm that is 'Ategnatos'! Its message comes inconvenient maybe, challenging, evocative. This is a call from Antumnos!" More...
