Korn have completed work on their fifth as-yet-untitled album with Michael Beinhorn. The band is employing digital technology in a way that no other rock band has before. Blabbermouth Bought by Roadrunner?
In an interesting turn of events, Blabbermouth.net, a (if not THE) premier metal news site seems to have been bought by Roadrunner Records. Despite their claims of mission, integrity, credibility, etc. the reader must always beware when such a partnership exists between commercial companies and the media, as almost inevitably objectivity gives way to other interests. As blabbermouth updated daily with tons of news on so many kinds of metal, I sincerely hope this is not the beginning of the end for them. They are, of course, much more optimistic in outlook. I congratulate the site owners on their success thus far and for creating a site popular enough to draw the attention of a label such as Roadrunner Records.
