Machine Head Name Fifth Studio Album
Machine Head are to call their new album ‘Through The Ashes Of Empires’; this is due in mid-October. The record’s now to be produced by band mainman Robert Flynn together with Andy Sneap, with the mixing stage handled by Colin Richardson.
Boysetsfire Replace Bassist
Boysetsfire have part with bassist Rob Avery. Apparently, he no longer wants to tour, and wishes to settle down. His replacement is Robert Ehrenbrand, an old friend of the band who has been living in Berlin.

Hades Drummer Has Operation
Ron Lipnicki, drummer with US metallers Hades, has just undergone an operation to remove a cancerous growth form one of his kidneys and will now undergo chemotherapy.
