"Troll Named Scrot" is the third and final single from the seventh Cumbeast album "Fairytales Of Filth" on Morbid Generation Records. Guest musician is Henri Sorvali of Finntroll and Moonsorrow (Synth etc.) and the music video and animation were courtesy of Jan Ivan.
Music was recorded and mixed by Tomi Uusitupa at Oxroad Studios during 2024 and mastered by Miro Kiiski.

Executionist Releasing Full Length Album

West Virginia thrash Metal quartet, Executionist, will release debut its full-length album, "Sacrament of the Sick," on May 16. In the four years since the release of its debut EP, the band has sharpened the blades of its attack, both in terms of songwriting and performance.
"Sacrament of the Sick" is a ten track monumental step forward from Executionist’s previous material. Improved production, performances, and writing have made the Executionist sound nearly unrecognizable compared to the band's debut EP, "Destined for Destruction."

Liminal Spirit Releases New Single

"Pathways," the debut EP from one-man progressive doom/avant-garde metal project from Milwaukee, Liminal Spirit, is out now on digital format. Genre descriptors get one only so far with "Pathways" though. Multi- instrumentalist and composer, Jerry Hauppa (Northless, Ara, Deorbit), explains that the solo project is "focused on making 'seance music' or, in other words, a backdrop suitable for channeling the passage of spirits."
"Pathways" consists of the single 14-minute title track, depicting five individuals trapped within a maze. It is fully through-composed, meaning there are no repeating parts of any kind until the epilogue. It is composed in a way that brings to mind a stage play, where there are intermissions and the aforementioned epilogue, and the lines of each of the five characters comprise the lyrics.
