Studio Update from Lars
Yesterday was the last day of recording/jamming before a short break. The band finished up the night by listening to all songs they've recorded so far. Recording will resume soon.
"the vibe is adventureous, open and we're really revelling in throwing new weird shit at each other, in every positive sense of the word.what's it like, you ask?? i got no fucken idea. we made this pact to work on 1 or 2 ideas every day and not listen to it until we take our first break. so every day we throw shit at the wall, store it away safely on tape and in a few days we will take tapes home. the idea is to not think about or overanalyse it..."
There's a hint that if you're part of Metclub that you can also find out who's playing bass for them int he studio. If you hear, let me know! I'd really appreciate it.

Marilyn Manson asked to skip Denver
Marilyn Manson have been asked by Citizens for Peace and Respect to cancel their June 21 Ozzfest gig in Denver. The watchdog group's demand is being backed by 21 churches and the families of three Columbine High tragedy victims. "He glorifies death and human destruction," CPR founder Jason Janz claims. Manson, himself, has yet to respond to the request.

Stryper is back?
After 10 years of inactivity, the Christian hair metal band Stryper will play once more at it's own expo.
The group will take the stage on the second and final day of the second annual Stryper Expo May 19 at the Felix Event Center at Azusa University in Azusa, Calif. The event was modeled after the Kiss Conventions, and hundreds of members of the Stryper army are expected to attend from across the globe.
They can stay inactive as far as I'm concerned...
