Does Dave Mustaine Rock?
Blender magazine caught up with Megadeth mainman Dave Mustaine for their 'Do You Rock?' feature, and asked him the most decadent thing he's ever done. "Once in Miami, I did five girls before I went onstage, including a mother-daughter team," Mustaine revealed. As for the best rumor about himself, Mustaine responded, "That I was dead. My mom and my girlfriend at the time heard it on the radio and freaked out." The mag's virdict: "Dave Mustaine rocks so hard it's scary!"
N. Sixx: Motley Crue's About Doing The Unexpected
Motley Crue and Brides of Destruction bassist Nikki Sixx posted the following message to the "Diary" section of Crue's official web site: "Today we were hanging out and Tommy [Lee] said something that made a lot of sense to us. He said, 'You know, sometimes you go into something thinking it's gonna be the way it used to be, but when you finally get there, it's not what you expected.' On that note… I think it's fair to say we've been having a good time getting our feet wet. Thanks for the support on 'If I Die Tomorrow'. We feel it's a breath of fresh air for us. We've always been about doing the unexpected. So what's next? Live?"

Interview With Cradle Of Filth
When the Headbanger's Ball Tour hit the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver, BC this past Wednesday (December 1), my friend Jen and I got the chance to speak with Cradle of Filth bassist Dave Pybus for about half an hour. We brought our friend Simon along because he's British, just like Cradle of Filth. Sarah, who does backup vocals for the band, was also in the room backstage but she was busy working on the laptop. Mike Amott, the guitarist for Arch Enemy ( currently featured on Headbangers Ball tour) has issued the following update from the road:
"We are currently in freezing Edmonton, Canada…it took us 17 hours to drive from Vancouver to here…we drove through the mountains and there was really nothing else but ice and snow…and then some more ice and snow! We saw some beautiful nature, and some really cool wildlife like eagles and a ram crossing the road - very impressive for us Swedes! :-)
The shows have been going extremely well on this tour, it's been a lot of fun! And I must say that we are slightly surprised and totally honoured that CRADLE OF FILTH's fanbase has taken to us so well! We played Vancouver for the first time ever 2 days ago and that was really a killer show, great crowd...we'll be back!!!More...

As I Lay Dying Ruling Europe
Their first three European shows were a huge success for As I Lay Dying. The band played three headlining shows in Holland and Germany. They enjoyed great turnouts and unbelievable reactions from the audiences. 200 people in Arnhem, 400 and something in Berlin, and over 500 in Karlsruhe screamed, danced and stagedived to the songs of AILD. “The folks in Berlin experienced some of the most brutal pits the German capital has ever seen”, says an attendant of that particular show!
Right now AILD are supporting Lamb of God on their UK tour before they get back to the States to start the recordings for the long awaited new album!
