Slipknot Part Ways With Drummer Jay Weinberg
The recent instability within Slipknot's lineup persists as drummer Jay Weinberg has amicably parted ways with the multi-platinum masked metal outfit. Weinberg, who had been a member since 2014, leaves the band following the earlier departures of longtime members Chris Fehn in 2018 and Craig Jones earlier this year. His final performance with the band was at the annual 'Hell & Heaven Metal Fest' in Toluca, Mexico, on Friday, November 3rd. No replacement for Weinberg has yet been announced.
