Zombie Gets a Black Label
Rob Zombie continues to develop his skills behind the camera by directing the new video for Zakk Wylde's Black Label Society, ‘Demise Of Sanity’.
Down With The Maggots
Downthesun have signed a deal with Roadrunner Records. The band were originally signed to Slipknot’s Maggot Records, but the demise of that label left the band looking for another deal. The ‘Downthesun’ album, produced by GGGarth Richardson last year, will be released later in 2002.
Freternia's Nightmare Story
The second album of the Swedish band Freternia will be entitled "A Nightmare Story" and will be released in October. Martin Tilander is the new drummer of the band.
Celesty Arise
The Finnish power metal band Celesty has signed with Arise Records. This band won the Helloween contest and will have a song featured on "The Keepers Of Jericho Part II". Their debut album will be recorded in August at Fantom studios & the cover artwork will be painted by Christian Andersson (Amon Amarth, Morifade, Supreme Majesty).
The Edge Magazine Opens Store
