Lunis Put Recording Over Tour
Norway's progressive death / black metal maestros Lunaris have stated that the work on their forthcoming album is now to take priority over the band's possible live work in the immediate future. This means the planned UK tour and the appearance at the Inferno Festival will now no longer take place.
A few big-named producers are in the frame for the band's next recording session, likely to be around May / June. There's no title yet, but keyboard player Ray is very satisfied with the rehearsals, proclaiming the new material to be far more aggressive than before, without losing that technical edge.
Without Face - More Tour Dates

Amphibious Kittie Assault
Amphibious Assault, the new project from former Kittie guitarist Fallon Bowman, have finished work on their debut album. To be called ‘District 6’, expect a release later this year on an undisclosed label.
Deftones, Staind In March 2003

Kirk Windstein Multitasks
Crowbar/Down guitarist Kirk Windstein has temporarily joined New Orleans based Valume Knob as a touring bassist. This happens as he continues to write music for a new Crowbar album.
Lanegan Goes Solo
Queens Of The Stone Age frontman Mark Lanegan is currently working on a solo album for release later this year. As yet untitled, it’s being produced by Josh Homme of Queens Of The Stone Age.
