Neid Celebrate 10th Anniversary With New 7'' EP

Italian grindcore masters Neid have recorded a special 10 year anniversary 7'' Vinyl EP which will be available exclusively via Sliptrick from February 2nd. Noise Treatment will come in vinyl and online formats with the physical version being a limited edition. The EP contains 6 blistering tracks of trademark brutality. Gygax Debut New Single "The Lascivious Underdark"

Ventura, California fantasy metal/rock outfit Gygax has premiered "The Lascivious Underdark" - the lead single from their impending second album, Second Edition, streaming below.

Gygax picks up where their 2016-released Critical Hits debut left off. The eight tracks that comprise Second Edition showcase Gygax's unrivaled and potent tendency to create absolutely anthemic rock 'n' roll hits, chock-full of hip shakin' grooves and twin guitar explosions that would make Thin Lizzy shed a tear of pride. Second Edition was recorded in November of 2017 with Scott Goodrich at Nu-Tone Studios in Pittsburgh, California, and features the always incredible artwork of Fares Maese.

Witherfall Premiere Video For "Portrait"

Based out of Los Angeles, California, Witherfall is the collective brainchild of guitarist Jake Dreyer (Iced Earth, Kobra And The Lotus, White Wizzard), singer/keyboardist Joseph Michael (ex-White Wizzard, Sanctuary) and the late Adam Sagan (Circle II Circle, Into Eternity).

Today the band releases their new video for the song 'Portrait' taken from their full-length debut, "Nocturnes and Requiems". The video was post-production on the video was completed by renowned producer/director Eduardo Rodriguez known for: Fright Night 2 and El Gringo.

Profane Burial Premiere New Song

"The Rosewater Park Legend" is the debut album of Profane Burial, a new Symphonic Black Metal project from Norway. Founded in 2013 by Kjetil Ytterhus (Omnia Moritur) and André Aaslie (Funeral, Images At Twilight, Abyssic a.o), with the aim to merge cold Black Metal with epic and solemn orchestrations, the duo is later joined by Jostein Thomassen (Fracture), the up and coming drummer Bjørn Dugstad Rønnow (Fight The Fight, Trollfest...) and the very experienced vocalist Ronny Thorsen (known from such acts like Trail Of Tears and Blood Red Throne a.o), to bring this first album to life with talent.

"The Rosewater Park Legend" delivers a sumptuous and classy result, rarely seen in the genre.

Mayhem & Incantation U.S. Shows Announced

Mayhem will return to the U.S. for some special ‘Demon Anthology’ shows this spring. Those dates will see Mayhem performing an extended show featuring songs from all of their releases. Incantation and Cloak will join them as supports on the majority of that mini-tour.

Darkest Hour Premiere New Music Video

Darkest Hour premiere a music video for their track “Enter Oblivion” which was directed by the band’s own vocalist John Henry. He commented of the clip:

“I wanted to find a location that I felt would represent the nomadic theme of the song. When I came across Rainbow Basin outside of Barstow I immediately knew it was the right spot. There’s a real beauty about the bleakness and harshness of the desert which stands out as the true star of the video.”

Monotheist Debut New Track “The Grey King”

Floridian progressive death metal outfit Monotheist have signed a deal with Prosthetic Records. A March 16th release date has been scheduled for the new effort “Scourge“.
