Sal Abruscato commented on the new single: "For me, one of the best doom songs I have simply ever written; nothing extravagant, just heavy, moody and dark. About a person with deep depression that has the ability to see the dead wherever they look, the gift tortures them but they're so enamoured by it that they want to crossover and join that dimension. Leave behind this cruel raging world!"
"Infernum In Terra" is the fourth studio album by the band and has been mastered by Maor Appelbaum (Faith No More, Meat Loaf, Yes, Sepultura, Halford) at Maor Appelbaum Mastering (California,USA) while the artwork was created by Kelvin Doran of Serpent Tusk Studios (Dublin, Ireland). More...

In a nutshell believe in your self and you can achieve anything!" More...
A Pale Horse Named Death Reveals New Album Details
A Pale Horse Named Death, featuring former Type O Negative and Life Of Agony drummer Sal Abruscato, has announced that they will be releasing their fourth album, "Inernum In Terra" on September 24th through SPV - Long Branch Records. Abruscato says about the album:
"The album to me represents a new beginning, turning a new leaf shall we say with the same vibe from past albums but with a fresh open minded approach. There is no real concrete specific concept, it touches on some personal topics in my life long, my interest in the dark arts, that to have light you must have darkness to balance everything. With daylight comes nightfall, with heaven there is hell and at this moment the world seems to be in a very dark place hence the title of the album ‘Infernum In Terra’. This is a very dark album, but what else is new I always write dark music to sooth a dark soul!"
The album can be pre-ordered here. A new single, "Believe In Something (You Are Lost)" will premiere on May 27th. More...
A Pale Horse Named Death Recording New Album
A Pale Horse Named Death are currently recording their fourth studio album, scheduled for release late 2021 via Long Branch Records / SPV.
Led by founding Type O Negative and Life of Agony member Sal Abruscato, the band released their debut album And Hell Will Follow Me in 2011 and firmly implanted their roots in the metal scene with the sophomore albums Lay My Soul to Waste in 2013, and When The World Becomes Undone in 2019.

He adds: "2021 is the 10 year anniversary since APHND’s first album And Hell Will Follow Me was released so it’s even more special for me to release a new album this year. There has been so much depression and anxiety for so many during this pandemic, how the world has literally become undone in 2020. I started working on material back in early 2020 and felt I needed to evolve, switch things up with more instrumentation, different vibes and unleash a new album for the fans this year! We are in the middle of production and I can’t wait to release it. Looking forward to working with Long Branch Records and SPV again as well!"

APHND Comments On State Of Record Industry
A Pale Horse Named Death - which features Sal Abruscato and Johnny Kelly - has been posting about the royalties received by bands and the difficulty of making a living as a musician at the band's Facebook profile.
Today guitarist Matt Brown has issued this statement about the band's situation and asking fans for their input on how to proceed without record label support:
"I have been posting these bits of info because I wanted to inform people of what is really going on and, I want to see what kind of reaction we get from the fans.
"I realize the way things are done now is way different than what it used to be twenty years ago and I am trying to figure out a way to continue making quality music while being fair to the band and the fans. What we were able to achieve in the band's lifetime is pretty amazing by today's standards (for a non-commercial band) but it is no where near what anyone would call a successful career. More...
