Escuela Grind Premiere New Single "Meat Magnet"

Escuela Grind has intensified their sound on their latest single "Meat Magnet" with a guest appearance by Napalm Death vocalist Barney Greenway. Greenway shared his thoughts on his contribution to the track, stating, "'Meat Magnet' packs a hefty punch, and I was thrilled to lend my vocals to it. The infectious enthusiasm of Escuela Grind is palpable. It's hard not to be captivated by that."

The single is accompanied by a video directed by Michael Jari Davidson (known for his work with Alice In Chains), both streaming via YouTube and Spotify for you now below.

Furthermore, Escuela Grind is gearing up to release their new EP titled "DDEEAATHHMMEETTAALL" on January 12th. The EP was mixed by Kurt Ballou (recognized for his work with High On Fire, Gatecreeper, etc.) and mastered by Nick Townsend (known for collaborations with Cheap Trick, Dr. Dre). Pre-orders for the EP are available now.

Additionally, Escuela Grind has an array of tour dates lined up in 2024, featuring Take Offense, Bonginator, Slow Pulse, Come Mierda, Frog Mallet, and BRAT.

Ihsahn Premieres New Single & Music Video

Ihsahn has unveiled another preview from his upcoming studio album. The self-titled album is set for release on February 16th, and the latest single, "Twice Born," has been recently released online. A music video was filmed for the track, helmed by Shaun Hodson, who previously directed the video for the album’s initial single, “Pilgrimage To Oblivion.”

Ihsahn's new record embraces a dual nature, featuring "two melodically interlinked versions of the same album: one metal, one fully symphonic," as described in the official listing.

Borknagar Premiere New Single "Summits"
