Galactic Empire have just released their cover of Hans Zimmer’s iconic ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ theme, which you can watch below. Known for their epic renditions of Star Wars scores, the duo behind Galactic Empire—Grant McFarland and Carson Slovak—are now expanding their cinematic repertoire. Their upcoming album, Cinemetal, is set to arrive on October 24th via Pure Noise Records.

I See Stars Premiere New Single "Eliminator"

I See Stars have officially titled their long-awaited new album “THE WHEEL”, marking their first full-length release since 2016’s Treehouse. Set to arrive on September 12th via Sumerian Records, the 14-track effort has been years in the making. The track “Eliminator” marks the latest single to be released from THE WHEELnow available for streaming via YouTube and Spotify for you below. It joins an already revealed selection of songs set to appear on the album, including “DAMAGE DONE”, “Drift”, “are we 3ver?”, “SPLIT”, and “Anomaly”.

Despite the nearly decade-long gap, work on the album began during the pandemic, when the band ultimately decided to scrap an earlier version of the record.

Dying Wish Premiere New Single & Music Video


Pacific Northwest metalcore outfit Dying Wish have announced their upcoming album, Flesh Stays Together, which is scheduled for release on September 26th via SharpTone Records. The latest track to surface from that effort is “I’ll Know You’re Not Around”, accompanied by a music video co-directed by Eric Richter (Lorna Shore, Knocked Loose) and the band’s guitarist Pedro Carrillo.

The ten-track album was recorded with GRAMMY Award-winning producer Will Putney (Body Count, Better Lovers).

AngelMaker Premiere New Single & Music Video

AngelMaker have just dropped a brand new single, “Silken Hands,” streaming via YouTube and Spotify for you now below. The Canadian deathcore collective hinted that this track is only a preview of what's to come, commenting, “There’s a lot more where this came from.”

The band wrapped up recording sessions for their upcoming fourth studio album several months ago, with mixing duties handled by Cryptopsy’s Christian Donaldson. Further details on that release are expected soon.

Sanguisugabogg Premiere NSFW Music Video

Just a day after unveiling their fall headlining tour alongside Despised Icon, Defeated Sanity, and Corpse Pile, Columbus, OH death metal crew Sanguisugabogg have unleashed a NSFW music video for their track “Rotted Entanglement.” The song will appear on their forthcoming Kurt Ballou (Converge, High On Fire)-produced album Hideous Aftermath, which is slated for release on October 10th via Century Media.

Blessthefall & Story Of The Year Debut New Video

Phoenix, AZ metalcore outfit blessthefall have just released the official music video for their recent collaboration with platinum-certified post-hardcore band Story Of The Year, “Fell So Hard, Felt So Right.” The video was directed in-house, with vocalist Beau Bokan and guitarist/vocalist Elliot Gruenberg handling the creative reins.

The track is set to appear on blessthefall’s upcoming seventh studio album, Gallows, due out September 05th via Rise Records.
