Tim Lambesis Pleads "Not Guilty" After Arrest

As I Lay Dying / Austrian Death Machine / Pyrithion member Tim Lambesis was arrested Tuesday for allegedly attempting to hire an undercover officer to murder his wife, who previously filed for divorce from the metalcore front man.
The sheriff's department stated they learned of Lambesis' alleged attempts to hire a hitman on May 2nd and subsequently arrested him on the 7th.
UTSanDiego.com is now reporting that Lambesis pleaded "not guilty" when arraigned in court today, and bail was set at $3 million. It is unknown at this time if Lambesis will make bail or remain in custody.

Given that he and his wife claimed $233,000 income (this had been previously reported), he owns a recording studio, and had apparently been buying various cars, I find it very hard to believe he *needed* your money to record the Austrian Death Machine album. Probably just did the campaign to increase awareness about the band and make the fans feel like they're more a part of something than they would be if they had just bought the album once it's done.

9 years only max, see what happends when you pray folks?
if convicted his career i wouldnt say is over but severly tarnished, i mean who is gonna support someone who plotted a murder and was busted for it?
but on the flipp side, you look at other celebs and athletes and musicians who have "f#cked up" royally and alot of times fans forgive and forget over time, we live in a very forgiving society today.
still along way to go in this case, we'll see what happends when the hammer falls.
