I'm a lover of music, whether metal or otherwise. In a typical day, I will listen to any combination of the following: trance, house, rock, metal, classical, world music, rap, drum n bass, RnB, prog, and so on, so forth. Within metal itself, I prefer anything prog, technical or melodic. Not much into straight 'brutal' Death Metal, but technical/progressive/melodic death comprises most of my favourite metal bands. There is a few nu-metal bands I enjoy, black metal is awesome, thrash is fantastic, metalcore is generally mediocre but the bands that do it right are rad, and I love extreme, sludge and doom metal.
Other than music, I enjoy writing and reading prose and poetry, most sports (soccer is best), computers, movies, the outdoors, travelling, good jokes, good mates, and life, generally.
