Manowar is the band that laid the footwork for band slike Amon Amarth and most power metal to start galavanting around declaring themselves epic. Regardless of whether you like them(I dont either) they belong on this game just as much as any other band on the tracklisting.
I am however, shocked and delighted to find both dimmu borgir and Carcass on here. i was really expecting nothing more recent than Judas Priest and Ozzy, with the exception of Tenacious D of course. So this is an awesome surprise.
Now Playing: Mastodon- Oblivion

I'm liking this list. Such great bands putting their greatness in such a great game.
Though, just a personal opinion, isn't Through the Fire and Flames a bit overdone? I would have liked some of Dragonforce's older songs like from the Valley of the Damned or Sonic Firestorm albums. Other than that, no complaints with anything else. :D

Unlike most video games now'a'days - which end up being another form of WORK - 'Brutal Legend' looks like it might actually be FUN...imagine that, a FUN video game!!!
