King Diamond Adds Gus G. To Current Line-up
King Diamond is thrilled to announce the addition of guitar virtuoso Gus G. (Firewind, ex-Ozzy Osbourne) to the band's lineup. Gus G. joins as guitarist and will compose, record, and tour with King Diamond going forward, marking an exciting new chapter in the band's storied history.
The band extends their deepest gratitude and utmost respect to Andy LaRocque, whose extraordinary 40-year contribution to King Diamond has left a permanent and irreplaceable mark on the band's legacy and on heavy metal as a whole. Andy's musicianship, dedication, and artistry have been an essential part of what makes this band what it is, and that will never be forgotten.

Ministry Premiere New Single & Music Video

Influential industrial metal band Ministry premiere a new single and music video titled "Burned Out", streaming via YouTube and Spotify for you now below. It’s once again the apparent end of the road for the band, with frontman Al Jourgensen seemingly set on following through with his promise to conclude the group after one final studio album. That effort, “Hate To Go – Take Out Or Delivery“, will bring things full circle in a way, with bassist, etc. Paul Barker returning to the lineup for the band’s final chapter.
Barker was last involved with the group during the peak of their success, with his original run spanning from 1986 to 2003. Jourgensen first began teasing the end of this era back in 2024, around the same time Barker was brought back into the fold.
Naturally, considering Jourgensen previously called it quits with Ministry in 2008 before reviving the band again in 2011, this latest retirement announcement has been met with some skepticism. For now, the farewell release is scheduled to arrive on October 30th via Cleopatra Records and will feature the following track list: More...
