Puteraeon has posted an in-studio video clip online with the band talking about the making of the "Cult Cthulhu" album together with producer/recording engineer Risza and Andy La Rocque. Puteraeon Checks In With Studio Update

Vocalist Jonas Lindblood of Swedish act Puteraeon has issued the following announcement about the progress on the band's "Cult Cthulhu" album:

"Just a short little update! We are currently recording guitars and bass.

"All drums are recorded and there are only a few left on guitar and bass. All guitarsolos are done aswell. Next up within a few days - vocals!

"'Cult Cthulhu' is in progress. Old school Swedish death metal, don't worry folks!"

The album will have 11 tracks and will be mixed by Andy LaRocque (King Diamond, Death, At The Gates) at Sonic Train Studios. The album is planned to be released this coming May 2012 via the German label Cyclone Empire.

Puteraeon Recording New Album

Swedish death metal act Puteraeon, which released debut album "The Esoteric Order" through Cyclone Empire in January 2011, wants to inform you that the band members have locked themselves up in the studio "RZA Mobile Recording" starting on January 30th.

Together with sound engineer Kristian "Risza" Isaksson (Evergrey, Hardcore Superstar, Psycore, Reclusion, Notre Dame, Snowy Shaw) they will record the follow up entitled "Cult Cthulhu."

The album will have 11 tracks and, as the debut, will be mixed by none other than Andy LaRocque (King Diamond, Death, At The Gates) at Sonic Train Studios. The album is planned to be released this coming May 2012 via the German label Cyclone Empire. Full details will be announced as they are made available.

Insision To Appear At Gothenburg Deathfest

Swedish act Insision has announced an appearance at the upcoming Gothenburg Deathfest on November the 5th, 2011. The band commented on the show:

"Location: Henriksberg, Stigbergsliden 7, Gothenburg. Be sure to get yourself a ticket to this Festival. For more info regarding the festival head here.

"Other bands confirmed: Beheaded (Malta), Mass Infection (Greece), Carnal Decay (Switzerland),

Puteraeon Announces New Guitarist

Swedish death metal act Puteraeon has checked in with the following announcement about recruiting a new guitarist:

"Puteraeon are very proud to in extreme short notice since Hasse Sörensens departure from the band present our new guitarist. He was in Swedish old school cult band Exempt and have since then played with bands like Aggro & Reclusion. Puteraeon are proud to welcome new guitarist Rune Foss into the deformed family that is the band. Now let's start rotting!"
