The Barbarians Of California Premiere Live Video
The Barbarians Of California have shared another video from their live debut performance this past October. The latest release features the track “Where Are The Punks?!?!”, taken from their first-ever show on October 19th at the Troubadour in West Hollywood, CA. That evening’s lineup also included sets from Strife, Will Haven, and Berthold City. Additional live footage from the performance has been uploaded to the band’s YouTube channel for fans to enjoy.
The Barbarians Of California’s lineup features members of AWOLNATION, Tinfed, and more. Their debut album, And Now I’m Just Gnashing My Teeth, dropped this past October.

World Be Free - featuring singer Scott Vogel (Terror, Buried Alive), guitarist Joe Garlipp (Envy), guitarist Andrew Kline (Strife, Berthold City), drummer Sammy Siegler (Judge, CIV, Rival Schools) and bassist Alex Barreto (Chain Of Strength, Excel), premiere their new single “Acceptance”. The track is off of their impending new EP “One Time For Unity“, which is scheduled for a November 13th release date.
Hatebreed Announces 25th Anniversary Tour
Hatebreed remain one of the most relevant and impactful acts in the hard rock and metal scenes. The Connecticut band will celebrate 25 years of ruthless breakdowns, pit-stirring anthems, and poignant lyrics across eight albums and consistently sold-out shows in 2019. The band, which has gone from playing basements and backyards to being a featured worldwide attraction on countless festivals and high-profile tours from OZZFest to Warped Tour to Download, will commemorate two-plus decades by embarking on a 25th anniversary tour.
The first leg of the tour will feature support from Obituary and Cro-Mags, two bands that Hatebreed have covered in their career and who have influenced the signature and instantly recognizable Hatebreed sound. Terror and Fit for an Autopsy will round out this "can't miss" juggernaut of a lineup. The initial trek will kick off in Philadelphia in April, with an additional leg to be announced shortly. Strife Announces New Live DVD/Album
Strife has a new live DVD/album titled “Live At The Troubadour” set for release on the Black Friday ‘Record Store Day ‘, November 24th via WAR Records. The outing features a live set which was recorded at the Troubadour in Los Angeles, CA on February 05th, 2005.

Dear Furious Premieres New Video For "Corruptdead"
Dear Furious - featuring ex-members of Strife (Mike Hartsfield), Throwdown (Marc Jackson) and more - premieres a new video for "Corruptdead". The band's first show will take place at the July 02nd stop of this year’s edition of the "Rev Fest", which is to be held at the Aurea Vista in Riverside, California.

Strife Guitarist Launches WAR Records
Los Angeles, CA (August 3, 2015) - Andrew Kline, guitar player for seminal Los Angeles hardcore band Strife, is launching a new record label called WAR Records (distribution via Revelation Records). The first release is a four song EP from Strife titled Incision, which is set to be released on September 4th. Strife Releases "Torn Apart" Video
California act Strife will release new album "Witness A Rebirth" through 6131 Records in North America on November 6th. A music video for the new track "Torn Apart" is now available online and can be viewed below.
"Witness A Rebirth" was recorded and mixed by Nick Jett (Terror) and mastered by Matt Hyde (Slayer, Hatebreed). Drums were performed by Iggor Calavera (Sepultura). The album features guest appearances from Scott Vogel (Terror), Billy Graziadei (Biohazard), and Marc Rizzo (Soulfly). The album's track listing is:

Strife Posts New Album Making-Of Clip
Los Angeles, California's Strife is gearing up for the release of new album, "Witness A Rebirth," which will drop through 6131 Records in North America on November 6th. The full length is the band's first offering in 11 years and features 4/5 of the line-up from the classic "In This Defiance" album released in 1997.
Strife also recruited long-time friend, and founding member of Sepultura, Iggor Cavalera to record drums for "Witness A Rebirth," with Nick Jett (Terror, Rotting Out, Backtrack) handling production and Matt Hyde (Slayer, Hatebreed) mastering the release. Strife Streaming New Track
The time has finally come for people to get a first taste of the new album, "Witness A Rebirth," from the almighty Strife. The folks over at BrooklynVegan have posted an exclusive stream of the first track from the full-length, "Torn Apart," available at this location or in the player below.

Strife Posts New Album Behind The Scenes Footage
Strife and 6131 Records give you an inside look into the making of Strife's upcoming album "Witness A Rebirth." The first video from the three part documentary series, "The Sao Paulo Sessions" takes you down to Mix Nova Studios in Brazil and shows the recording process with drummer Iggor Cavalera (Cavalera Conspiracy/ Mixhell / Formerly of Sepultura).
Strife traveled to Brazil to start the recording process with producer Nick Jett (Terror, Rotting Out, Backtrack) at the helm. Soon after, the band returned to California and put the rest of the pieces into place, including guest vocals by Billy Graziadei (of Biohazard) and Scott Vogel (of Terror), plus a guitar solo by Marc Rizzo (of Soulfly).
"Witness A Rebirth" is due out this fall on 6131 Records. More...

Strife Plan DVD and Documentary
Los Angeles metal band Strife will be a releasing a live DVD and documentary soon. The live footage was filmed at the Troubadour last February, and features a full set, 24 track audio, and 5 camera angles. The show was performed by the original members of STRIFE and the documentary will include a history of the band, in depth interviews with all original members, never before seen footage, and more. Extras will also include tour footage from around the world and misc. show footage. "The live video is by far BETTER than anything I have ever seen. We are really excited for this release" comments Andrew.

Former White Zombie, Strife Members Become Healer
HEALER, the new Los Angeles-based band featuring former WHITE ZOMBIE drummer Ivan de Prume and ex-STRIFE guitarist Andrew Kline, are currently in the recording studio finishing vocal tracks for their upcoming demo. The band plan to begin playing live shows in the Los Angeles area in April. Joining the duo in the group are violinist/Canada native Martin St-Pierre, bassist John McLaughlin (ex-NEW PAST LIFE), plus the group's latest additions, singers Scott "SVH" Von Heldt and Kate St-Pierre. The band's musical direction is described as "world music meets SEPULTURA, NINE INCH NAILS and MASSIVE ATTACK."
