Misery Index Reveals New Album Details
American death metal outfit Misery Index has announced that they will be releasing their new studio album, "Rituals Of Power" through Season Of Mist on March 8th of next year.
The band comment on the album: "'Rituals of Power' is a disavowal and warning against the consequences of our so-called 'post-truth' age. Each of the 9 songs revolves loosely around this theme, yet each track also stands very much on its own. It’s roughly 35 minutes of unhinged, yet cohesive, riff-driven aural ballistics. We set out to write the best album we could, based on what we would want to hear first as fans of this music, and we could not be happier."

3. The Choir Invisible

Wormrot Cancels U.S. Tour Due To Political Climate
Devastating grindcore crew Wormrot - hailing from Singapore - has now cancelled a previously scheduled U.S. tour due to our ongoing political issues with travel and immigration. The band comments:
"Due to the current political climate and numerous bands being turned away at U.S. customs, we felt it was not worth the risk coming to America without the right paperwork, which is expensive.
"Therefore we truly apologize that we must postpone our U.S. tour until next year when we can focus on a full-length tour with all the right papers. We regret that we came to a decision this late, one month to the start of the tour. Once again, we apologize to everyone who are affected." More...

Wormrot Is "Fallen Into Disuse" With New Video
Grindcore outfit Wormrot has just released a brand new music video for the track "Fallen Into Disuse" taken from the forthcoming album "Voices," which will be released on October 14th via Earache Records.
The band had this to say this about the song: "Unconscious abandonment from reality. Desperately trying to be accepted into the norm. At the very least. Failed miserably."
Living in a country that executes more of its citizens than any other in the world helps to maintain the rage and anxiety that fuels the best grind. After a 4 year hiatus the hottest name in grindcore is back with a much awaited third studio album. "Voices" offers up 20 ferocious slabs of punk-fueled grind of the highest calibre. Feral grindcore in the grand tradition of early Earache releases like Napalm Death, Brutal Truth and Terrorizer.
Hailing from Singapore, Wormrot are Earache’s first ever signing from the East, having risen to prominence via series of primitive underground releases.
